CRM setups and pipeline structuring
Lead generation systems
Follow-up sequences
Review funnels
Multi-channel messaging setups
API-based automations
Documentation & system optimization
Service details, deliverables, and timelines are discussed and agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth execution, clients are required to:
Provide accurate information and access to platforms (GHL, n8n, CRMs, APIs, etc.)
Maintain active subscriptions for any tools required in the automation
Follow the setup instructions and onboarding processes
Review deliverables promptly
Communicate changes or issues clearly
Lack of access, delayed responses, or incomplete instructions may affect timelines.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines depend on:
Project scope
Client responsiveness
Technical complexity
Third-party platform limitations
We make every effort to deliver on agreed timelines, but delays may occur if client-side tasks are incomplete or if third-party platforms experience issues.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated in the Refund Policy.
Monthly retainers or maintenance packages must be paid on time to keep your automations running smoothly.
Failure to pay may pause or terminate services.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom workflows, diagrams, logic maps, documentation, and automation structures developed by us remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid for.
After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the automation systems built for your business.
Reselling or redistributing our work without permission is not allowed.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Loss of revenue due to improper system usage by the client
Issues caused by third-party platforms (GHL outages, n8n errors, API downtime, etc.)
Loss of data due to client-side actions or insufficient backups
Our role is to design clean, stable, and well-structured systems — but the performance of external platforms is beyond our control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not completed
Access to required accounts is denied
Terms are violated
Abuse or harassment occurs
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice.
